Ziplist Recipe Box

Good Day Friends! Today we are super-duper excited to introduce the awesome new Recipe Box feature, powered by Ziplist, on Simple Green Moms!

Before you lose interest, please believe us this is not just another social media form of Pinterest! That is definitely by far not the case. Ziplist has so many other awesome features you are going to say “Holy cow, where have you been all of my life?”

So towards the middle of our navigation bar, there is a new section titled “Recipe Box”.  If you click on that link, it hooks you up to create your very own Recipe Box that will look a little something like this:

The Recipe Box is fantastic because it allows you to save all your favorite recipes from Simple Green Moms and lots of other cool blogs hooked up with Ziplist! To save a recipe from Simple Green Moms, just click the handy dandy “Save Recipe” button on the recipe card at the end of our posts.

This is by far the easiest way to save tons of delicious recipes and have them available in just a click… but (drumroll please!) instead of just saving recipes, Ziplist has a couple other fantastic features that really sets them apart from the rest of the crowd.

1. The Weekly Meal Planner:  This feature makes it oh-so-easy to keep track of recipes that you and your family love and want to become regulars! All you have to do is drag recipes from your Recipe Box right over to your Weekly Meal Planner. Voila!

2. The Shopping List: This is about as close to having your own personal grocery shopper as it gets.  All you have to do is CLICK and Ziplist will add (or exclude) whatever ingredients you need at the store by category. Can I get an AMEN?

3. Extra Added Bonus: There will be little blue $ signs on Shopping List that tell you WHEN and WHERE some of the items are on sale nearest you. You no longer have to be an extreme coupon clipper to get hot deals on groceries. Again, all you have to do is CLICK on the little blue $ and Ziplist will give you a little something like this:

Once your Ziplist account is set up, you can access it  by phone or computer at your convenience. So now please tell me you completely understand why Ziplist is officially one of the greatest things ever invented?
