Not sure about you guys, but between Graduation Parties, Cookouts, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day we are about party’d the heck out! The food, drinks, fun and friends are fabulous at the time, but now it’s Monday. Back to the real world. Back to better eating. Back to skinny jeans!
So what exactly is the best way to get back on track?
Most people instantly think of all the foods they need to cut out after they have had a few too many splurges and need to get back on track. While we definitely recommend cutting out obvious junk food as often as possible, it is also super important to load up on foods that make you feel good. For us, that means extra green smoothies, green juices and tons of extra veggies!

Consuming lots of mineral dense foods will naturally help cleanse your system from your weekend splurges. And after just a few days of filling up with lots of vitamins and minerals, you won’t feel so starved that you binge on Big Macs and Oreos later!
So anyways, there you have it! A super easy and effective way to enjoy the weekend on occasion then get right back on track without feeling completely starved and deprived.
