1. Frozen Hot Chocolate
This decadent drink loaded with chocolate both inside and out is perfect for a wintery day or night. The whipped cream adds the right touch of creaminess to make this recipe a family favorite for sure.
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 cups grass-fed milk, divided
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon bourbon vanilla
- 3 cups ice
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- chocolate sprinkles and shavings for topping
For the whipped cream:
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Heat a medium saucepan on a medium heat with one cup of milk, add coconut sugar,cocoa powder, and vanilla.
- Whisk until well combined. Bring to a light simmer. Not to boil.
- Remove the cocoa milk mixture from the heat and continue stirring. Set aside to chill a bit.
- Meanwhile, prepare the whipped cream.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the whipped cream ingredients. Wisk with an electric mixer on a medium-high spade until stiff peaks forms.
- When whipped cream is ready and fluffy, place the chocolate mixture and another cup of chilled milk in a blender with 3 cups of ice cubes.
- Blend until creamy texture.
- Divide between 2 large glasses, top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and some sprinkles and shavings.

2. Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 cups grass-fed milk
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup warm salted caramel sauce
- 1 tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
- Salted caramel sauce
- Chopped peanuts
- Chopped caramel bars
For the whipped cream:
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the milk.
- When the milk is warm, add the chocolate chips and caramel.
- Whisk continuously until chocolate and caramel is melted and incorporate.
- Add vanilla extract and whisk to combine.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, prepare the whipped cream.

Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup bitter chocolate drops
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp espresso powder
- pinch of hot pepper for topping
For the whipped cream:
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add milk, heavy cream,sugar, espresso powder. Whisk to combine and heat until starts to simmer. Do not boil.
- Remove from the heat and add chocolate drops.
- Let it sit about 3 minutes so the chocolate drops are melted.
- Whisk the mixture again, to incorporate the mixture and have a nice and smooth consistency.
- Prepare the whipped cream.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the whipped cream ingredients. Wisk with an electric mixer on a medium-high spead until stiff peaks forms.

If you’re a big fan of cheesecake as a dessert, then you should definitely try it as a drink! Made with wholesome milk, heavy cream and almond butter as a base then topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and tasty graham crackers, your tastebuds will explode with pleasure after the first sip.
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 cups grass-fed whole milk
- ½ heavy cream
- ¼ cup white chocolate drops
- ¼ cup milk chocolate drops
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp almond butter,(or peanut) smooth
For the topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fluffy cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup graham crackers or saltines, crushed
- sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan add the milk, heavy cream, almond butter and vanilla extract.
- Bring to a light simmer (not boil)
- Remove from the heat and add white and milk chocolate drops.
- Let sit about 3 minutes, then whisk to incorporate.
- When you get the smooth and nice texture divide the chocolate mixture between cups, to fill ⅓ of each.
- In a medium bowl, use a hand held mixer or whisk the whipped cream with cream cheese and vanilla extract and add to the hot chocolate cups, top with crushed crackers and sprinkles.

5. Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
For the Base:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp bitter chocolate drops
- 1 cup prepared strong coffee
- 1 tbsp peppermint syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp crushed candy cane
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
- In a medium saucepan,over low heat, add milk, chocolate drops and sugar.
- Heat until just simmer, not boil. Stirring from time to time to dissolve sugar and incorporate chocolate.
- When hot, remove from heat, add coffee, peppermint syrup and vanilla extract.
- Stir to incorporate.
- Divide between cups, top with marshmallow and crushed candy cane
