Why yes. Yes they are. Just do not let the bright and colorful perfection of these pictures fool you because these are actually super simple to make.
Rainbow Fruit Kabobs are so pretty for parties, gatherings, cook-outs, graduations, birthdays, eating for breakfast, and the list goes on and on and on.
This is pretty much the easiest way ever to fancy up fresh fruit without making much of a fuss at all. You can mix and match all of your favorites: we love using melon, grapes, berries, pineapple and banana and/or whatever is in season and on sale for the broadest range of colors and flavors. All you have to do then is just stick them on a stick.
Let’s not forget about the topping. I mean you could just eat the gorgeous Rainbow Fruit Kabobs on their own. But that would be kind of, oh I don’t know – boring! This Creamy Fruit Dip is super healthy and only takes seconds to mix together. Enjoy!
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Chill for half an hour.
- Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
