We found quite a few interesting pink foods that we want to tell you all about. Get ready to have your whole world turned pink in a very delicious way!
1. Pink Pearl Apples
The first fruit up on our list of pink foods is pearl apples. Pink pearl apples were created in 1944 by a scientist in California. They have a beautiful, light pink flesh that is crisp and sweet.
The apple often goes by the name “Surprise” since it is quite surprising to see that pink color inside an apple. The pink pearl apple is best eaten raw to keep that naturally pink hue.
2. Pink Peppercorns
Pink peppercorns are fantastic pink food and a very common one. You can find pink peppercorns everywhere!
A pink peppercorn is a pink berry that comes from the Schinus molle shrub. While the dried berry is not actually related to commercial pepper, the little berries have a sweet, peppery flavor.
3. Pink Radicchio
Pink radicchio is loved for its beautiful pink petals that look very much like a flower. Radicchio is typically a green leafy vegetable, but it does come in different colors, pink being one of them!
