Ok friends. We need to talk about this Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread pizza. Like whoa! My family was literally fighting over the last piece at dinner last night. I mean, not like real fighting, just family fighting. You know how that goes.
There were making bets, making bribes, and making mad dashes to the kitchen for that last delicious piece. I just sat back and chuckled to myself because the truth is, this recipe is so quick and easy I would have gladly made them another pizza if they would have just asked. Imagine that.
Of course, I wouldn’t just make them ANY pizza. This recipe is just so simple because it’s made with Hormel Foods Bacon Toppings. So yummy! Their bacon toppings are always on my grocery list as the perfect way to enhance meals, snacks and salads with the delicious flavor of 100% real bacon.
Keeping these on hand has helped so much with meal prep and time-saving! Plus they really make any meal taste extra delicious at an affordable price.
So let’s get back on track with talking about this PIZZA! The super simple recipe is posted below, but please feel free to switch things up a bit to suite your likings. The only thing you must not change is the bacon toppings. I am telling you here and now (and forevermore) that the bacon really tops this recipe off! TOPS it off. Did you catch what I did there?
Basically, all you need to do is brush a slice of flatbread with a little bit of olive oil. Toast it in the oven for a few minutes so you have nice crispy crust. Carefully remove from oven and add your toppings. If you are up for a fun taste experiment, you could even try mixing a little bit of marinara in with the ranch dressing. I honestly think it is delicious that way!
Anyways, the important thing is loading up the pizza with those Hormel bacon pieces. And of course placing it back in the oven for a few more minutes. Last but not least, don’t let your family know how EASY it is to make this pizza or they might ask for it every night.

- 1 Flatbread
- 1 cup leftover grilled chicken (shredded works too!)
- ¼ cup Hormel bacon pieces
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400(f) degrees. Brush olive oil evenly over Flatbread and bake for 4-5 minutes or just enough to crisp the crust.
- Carefully remove from oven. Spread ranch dressing over crust then add the chicken and cheese.
- Crumble bacon on top then place back in oven and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
