Post Workout Smoothie

  • 2 cups fresh kale
  • 1 cup coconut water, unsweetened (or regular water)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  1. Blend kale and coconut water in a high speed blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately.
