Ohhh sweet breakfast how we love you so very much! Nothing else can catapult me out of bed faster than the thought of Greek yogurt piled high with crunchy granola + fresh berries + sliced banana just sitting in the kitchen, patiently waiting to be devoured.
But really! Breakfast is one of those things that you should and could not really live without. The results of skipping breakfast are not good at all. By lunch time you start to get a little bit hungry +angry and usually even find yourself with a bit of a brain fog. 1+2 does not = 4!
