- 12oz of water
- Couple handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of frozen fruit (we love to add frozen mango and a slice of fresh avocado)
- Blend 12oz of water with a couple handfuls of fresh spinach
- Blend again until it looks yummy to your tummy!
